Each instructor-led class is an alchemy of low-impact precision and high-energy intensity. Blending contemporary Pilates, yoga, rebounding, and strength training methods inside each thoughtfully designed room. We craft sessions that sculpt, strengthen, and energize. From deep, controlled movement to cardio-infused formats, every class is designed to elevate.

Built on heat, music, and light, our heated studio in the heart of the Westside is designed to challenge your body and shift your state. We fuse low-impact Pilates and Yoga with high-intensity strength training, in a thoughtfully heated room.

The science behind the sweat is real. And so is the high. One class in, and you’ll get it. This is a full-body reset that lingers in your body, your mood, your mind. A pure, natural feeling of ecstasy. The only high worth chasing.

The perfect strength training balance to your routine. The Lagree method is specifically engineered to strengthen, tighten, and tone the muscle effectively and efficiently without any excess stress on the joints. The method will make you shake, sweat, and sore the next day. This is a full body strength training class packed into 50 minutes on your own machine with a certified instructor leading you seamlessly through each movement.
